Shipping destinations:

• Currently, we ship to UK addresses and selected countries visible on the checkout page. 

Shipping times: 

• We will aim and dispatch available items within 3 days and orders should arrive within 3-5 days after despatch. However, please allow 14 - 21 days for your delivery to arrive. That is because each item is handmade by us and that would allow us to produce out of stock items.

Shipping cost: 

• Orders will be charged for shipping depending on your chosen products and weights. Full price will be displayed at checkout. Maxium charge for postage is £4.99 no matter how big the order is.

Local Delivery:

• Local delivery is free for orders over £50. 

Local delivery is only available on below postcodes. If any of the below digits do not match with first part of your postcode, please order for standard delivery. Otherwise your order may get cancelled. For free collection, select collection at checkout.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it and in its original packaging.

To start a return, you can contact us at Contact Us section. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Please note that customers are responsible for shipping costs of returned items.

Damages & Issues

• Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / Non-returnable Items

• Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalised items). 
• Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

• The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

• We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method minus the postage charge (unless item is faulty or wrong item recieved). Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Simply add as many items as you wish to your shopping cart while browsing our store. Once you want to proceed with the order - do so by going to the cart and clicking "checkout". Follow the instructions by providing us with delivery information and select payment method the for goods - we will ship your package ASAP.
